Подробности

На должность общественного представителя Уполномоченного по правам ребенка в Иркутской области в муниципальном образовании «город Иркутск» назначена Татьяна Шобогорова. Соответствующее распоряжение подписала Уполномоченный по правам ребенка в регионе Татьяна Афанасьева.

Основные задачи общественного представителя Уполномоченного по правам ребенка в Иркутской области:

  • обеспечение защиты прав и законных интересов детей, восстановление нарушенных прав ребенка;

  • выявление причин и условий, способствовавших нарушению прав несовершеннолетних;

  • оказание содействия в правовом просвещении граждан по вопросам прав детей, форм и методов их защиты.

Полномочия общественного представителя Уполномоченного по правам ребенка в Иркутской области:

  • осуществляет в установленном порядке прием граждан, в том числе несовершеннолетних, по вопросам, связанным с нарушением (угрозой, нарушения) прав, свобод и законных интересов детей;

  • оказывает содействие заявителю в оформлении обращений, направляемых в адрес Уполномоченного, иных органов государственной власти, органов местного самоуправления, организаций и должностных лиц;

  • участвует в сборе, изучении и анализе информации по вопросам соблюдения прав и законных интересов детей, в том числе по поручениям Уполномоченного;

  • по поручению Уполномоченного осуществляет проверку сведений (информации) о нарушении прав и законных интересов детей.

Татьяна Шобогорова в 1993 году окончила Иркутский государственный педагогический институт иностранных языков имени Хо Ши Мина по специальности «Учитель английского языка». С 2007 года работает заместителем директора в МБОУ г. Иркутска СОШ № 30. Награждена почетной грамотой Министерства образования и науки Российской Федерации.
