20 февраля 2021 на базе МБОУ СОШ N23 прошел очередной этап "Марафона педагогического мастерства".
Марафон состоялся в соответствии
- с планом работы муниципальной ресурсной площадки «Система оценки метапредметных результатов»;
- с планом работы муниципальной методической площадки «Система действий по организации учебного процесса на уровне ООО и СОО с учетом индивидуальных образовательных потребностей в условиях массовой школы»;
- с планом работы муниципальной проблемно-творческой группы «Технологии наставничества молодых педагогов в ОО г.Иркутска».
Целью проведения Марафона было - повышение качества образования через совершенствование профессиональной компетентности педагога.
В марафоне приняли участие педагоги из школ города Иркутска № 35, 77, 76, 80, 39, 26, 23 и методисты ИМЦРО.

Ключевой акцент в февральском Марафоне был сделан на молодых специалистов и создание условий для их дальнейшего профессионального роста.
Мероприятие началось с линейки открытых уроков, которые проводили как педагоги-наставники, так и молодые специалисты. Всего было дано 15 открытых занятий, в том числе 3 интегрированных уроков. По окончании уроков гости заполняли оценочный лист урока по предложенной схеме.
Далее Марафон продолжился мастер-классами и мини-тренингами.
Завершился марафон методическим семинаром для молодых специалистов  по теме «Методы активного и развивающего обучения на уроках, их критерии оценивания через предметные и метапредметные результаты». Семь молодых педагогов поделились с коллегами опытом использования на уроках различных педагогических методов и приемов.
‼️Молодые специалисты отметили, что особенно полезными для них были темы, связанные «с методической копилкой упражнений», «дидактические игры на уроке обучения грамоте, методы дистанционного обучения», «методы проблемного обучения», «оценивание метапредметных результатов» и «оформление и способы работы с технологической картой».
